Our Cold Fluid Applied Polyurethane Roofing System meets and exceeds conventional build up roofs, EPDM, TPO, and other fluid applied membranes.

With over 50 years of Cold Fluid Applied Roofing Experience, our fully fiberglassed reinforced system allows for substrate cracking without failure. Our cohesive strength is generally four times stronger than it's bond to allow coating to disbond from surface and increase gauge length thus eliminating water ingress and costly repairs and damage.

Root Resistance is a non-leaching property incorporated into the coating to eliminate root damage for the life of the coating. Our process is completely seemless eliminating the possibility of roots penetrating through the adhesives and butted seems.

Our partnered warranty system with manufacturer warranty is for 25 YEARS until first maintenance. Federal Government and private testing labs have confirmed that keeping roof coating from UV light can realistically double your life expectancy.
